To book your appointment, simply click the 'Book Now' button. A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations and will only be charged in the case of a no-show. A deposit is required for our Signature Facial + Massage Fusion and will be applied to your service.
Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. As an independent service provider, I kindly ask that you refrain from knocking on the door when it is closed to avoid interrupting another guest’s treatment. You are welcome to wait in the hallway, and I will greet you at your appointment time.
Arrive in comfortable clothing that allows for easy access to the areas being treated. Your comfort and consent are always prioritized.
You will be properly draped during the entire service in accordance with NYS guidelines., and pressure or technique can be adjusted at any time.
We recommend leaving valuables and jewelry at home, as we are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. During the service, feel free to let us know if you would like any adjustments—whether it’s pressure, lighting or heat.
Discontinue
Prescription retinol (e.g., Retin-A, Tazorac, Tretinoin, Rinnova, Differin) 3-5 days prior to your appointment.
Injections
Allow 1 week before a facial and 2 weeks before a Facelift Facial to ensure optimal results and prevent any migration of the injections.

Certain medical conditions may require written clearance from a healthcare provider.
All treatments follow New York State sanitation, safety, and licensure regulations.

Your personal and health information is always kept confidential in compliance with HIPAA and NYS regulations. Professional notes will be released with written consent.
Minors
Clients under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign a consent form.
A parent/guardian must be present in the room for clients under 16.
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked services and deposit required for any future bookings.
Note: Same-day bookings are subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy. If canceled the same day, 50% of the booked service price will be charged.
Service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
We understand that plans can change. However, we kindly ask for respect regarding our time and the time of other clients. After 3 consecutive reschedules, your future appointments will require a deposit to be booked.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit, or debit.
Gratuity is entirely at your discretion. It should reflect your satisfaction with the service provided and is always greatly appreciated.
